Kosovo's telecom has lost another 15m euros, writes Periscopi.
The owner's decision, Telekom, was admitted 10 days ago (19 July), but it was kept hidden from their side.
With this decision, they expect to surprise the new Telekom board.
According to Periscop's safe sources, Telekom tried to keep it secret for a little while while the ruling Vetevendosje party is facing other scandals.
