Unhappily with 275 euros salary, the Parliament's technical workers warn strike

Technical workers in the Kosovo Assembly have warned union action in the event their demand for salary increases is not taken into account.

This has been announced by the chairman of the Independent Kosovo Private Sector Union, Yusuf Azemi.

In the letter Azem has addressed the Parliamentary Groups in the Kosovo Assembly, technical workers reportedly receive a salary of 275 euros.

We technical workers in the Kosovo Parliament that create conditions for daily work, or complain about our work, or rely on the demand for growth of our salaries because from next week we will not offer you our services with the salaries we receive from 275 euros.

From Tuesday we start with our union actions Confer the Law on Strikes, so if you want to react is also in your interest”, the letter to the Parliamentary Groups says.
