During the last 24 hours, according to data from the National Civil Emergency Operations Centre in the AKMC, 14 fire departments have been reported, of which 11 have been extinguished and 3 hot spots are active.
In a media report, the Defence Ministry says that this Friday, work is under way in the Delvina municipality, where the fire site above the Monastery and the village of Kakudiq is active.
In the Gjirokastra municipality, the effectiveness of the Armed Forces and local emergency forces have started working from the early morning hours for the extinguishing of the fires over the Long Mountain, where the flames have a 10-12km stretch of fire and are scattered at 3 hearth.
Also, it is being worked for the extinguishing of yesterday's fire near the Lakes of Lour, in the village of Gure Lure in Debar, where intervention presents difficulties because of the very rocky terrain.
