“subventions 1”, the defendant says he has never accepted money in his life for subsidies

In case of knowledge like “Subventions 11”, accused Salih Statovci, has said that never in his life has anyone accepted money on behalf of subsidies. Salih Statovci did this statement at Thursday's session, during his defence presentation, answering his defender's questions, [...]
That statement, Salih Statovci, did at Thursday's session, during his defence granting answers to his defender's questions, lawyer Tahir Rrecaj, reports the “Justice bet”.
I do about Kastriot Berisha's statements, which have given me that he gave me a lot once of 26 thousand and once 60 thousand I can say that I have never accepted a single euro in my life from Kastriot or anyone else”, accused Salih Statovci said.
According to him, the reason Berisha has declared against him is the pressure put on him by the Prosecutor.
“... because by the time the prosecutor signed his statement he took two acts that were suspected of falsification of the document and bribery, then I'm out of custody, and I was present to him”, Statovci said.
Parasely, Statovci has shown he owns the Eco Fruits company, as well as co-owners with his wife at the company “Eco Consulting”, where the latter, according to him, offers agricultural consulting services.
Statov has also explained what he says grant and subsidy means, where for grant application he said the Government of Kosovo or other organisations demands that a business plan be prepared for the investment to take place, while subsidies he said take all farmers who meet conditions from the government or who will offer subsidies.
He showed how Castert Bersha recognized him under two circumstances.
The first time, he said Berisha had been in his office to prepare business plan for the grant's application, and the second time he said he knows him even since they were in custody in Gjilan.
On the other hand, Statovci has said Berisha had never sought help with subsidies, but had been in his office and had sought help in preparing the business plan for grant applications.
“After subsidies we haven't met because our company doesn't deal with subsidies, changing cultures, and I don't even know how it works, did the Ministry make the Regimental Office, I don't know because we only deal with business preparation plans for grant”, Statovci said.
And for the person Full Morina, who had previously declared a collaborative witness, accused Statovci said never in his life he met that person, except for the first time in court.
Morina had declared that accused Salih Statovci had twice given the sum to over 27 thousand euros after receiving the subsidy, which Statovci said was written by the Prosecutor.
This person in his testimony given to the court I think has forgotten the text the prosecution wrote since several times the words of Salih once again gave the money again to Kastriot Berisha..., I think this one forgot the statement he had written since he was past <ex1>, Statovci said.
While the person Flamur Zeqiri said he recognised him as a figure who had been in his office to prepare the business plan for applying grants, and denied ever talking to the same one about subsidies.
Meanwhile, with company “Bio- Q-Ceck”, Statovci said they didn't have any co-operation agreements, but according to him, if any of the farmers asked if there were any companies that made the Certificate of products and food insurance, then he said the same could refer to this company.
And about the amount of money worth 406 thousand euros that special prosecutor Dren Paca said after police control were found and seized at Statovci's house, accused Statovci said their origin was also witnessed by the Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK) and, according to him, are not illegally benefited money.
The reasons why this money had been kept at home rather than in the bank, Statovci said the first is that banking institutions in case of bankruptcy guarantee only 5 thousand euros, and the second reason he said was that he made payments to farmers.
This amount of cash seized, according to him, is withdrawn from the bank, and for that he said it can be testified to by bank accounts.
While, for part of the communications drawn from the examination of the telephones, which were questioned by the Pica prosecutor, Statovci said that in conspiring with his defender, he will not respond to this part, since considering these are unacceptable evidence because they were brought before the decision to start investigations.
The next sessions will be continued with the grant of protection from other defendants.
