SKK does not show who allowed Hajriz transfer to Smreconica

Under the argument that it is a confidential issue, the Kosovo Correcting Action has refused to show who were part of the panel that allowed Faton Hayriz from prison to Dubrab, to the one in Smrekonica, and what was the written reasoning.

Duagjini last week has applied for access to official documents in this institution, but the same have said they cannot offer something like that, but have only said Hajriz transfer to the open- type institution is based on law.

Hajrizi's transfer from Dubrava Prison in Smreconica was on May 24th 2024, with less than 8 years to complete its entire 25-year sentence.

Dukagjini has filed complaints with the Information and Private Agency for refusing to request from the Justice Ministry.
