MP from PDK ranks Ferat Shala, the government has said with arbitrary decision it has intervened in the Commission for Mine and Mines.
Through a Facebook post, Shala has indicated that the government has intervened at the 3rd point of the July 15th decision, forcing KPM violated the law in the process of granting licenses to “Trepen”.
According to him, the KPM responds to the assembly and in no way to the government.
“Mining and Mines Law, Article 4, stipulates that; “no person can exercise research, exploitation and/or mineral resource processing or any other activity without license or permission issued by the KPM, in accordance with this 34x2> law,
Right to mine and mining activities only have companies licensed in accordance with the Law on Mines and Mines, while the Law for Mines and Mines does not recognise the possibility of allowing work with decisions, but only with licenses, so the license can be continued with other licenses and not by decisions” Shala wrote.
Citing the provisions of the Law for Mine and Mines, Shala says the executive violated a host of them.
