SBASK does not allow general teacher testing

Educators have paved up dilemmas for the way the process is developed and teachers who want to advance in a career will be selected from who.

The application for teachers who want to advance into careers and equip themselves with advanced licenses did not start according to predictions, but the same is expected to develop within a few days, despite the dilemmas it has established.

This process has been supported by the United Education Union and its chairman, Nundman Jashar, who says they have agreed with the minister to make this test for teachers who want to challenge themselves.

Testing for advanced licenses will first be conducted for class teachers and for those in Albanian and mathematics.

Teachers will be tested for their knowledge of the subjects they teach and the way they learn. On this level, former Deputy Education Minister Azem Guri says it is unclear how the process will take place, since tests for teaching knowledge have carried out universities and academic staff. He also has dilemmas about who will lead these processes.

Educators who receive advanced license after seven years can apply for permanent licenses that do not have a specific deadline.
