Ramadani says the security situation in Kosovo is stable, but its instability is evident. It called on citizens to boost co-operation with state institutions in order to avoid possible incidents in the future.

At a media conference, the chairman of the Commission for AKI Supervisor, Ganimete Musliu, has declared that the Serb terrorist group is conducting exercises in the district of Novi Pazar, Copatic and Kralev, with official Belgrade backing and led by Banjska's author, Milan Radojzic.
On this issue, Ramadani says Kosovo institutions are tasked and obligated not to allow the repeat case in Banjska. He has indicated that he has often demanded that NATO and Kosovo have new operational arrangements, in terms of co-operation between KFOR and the Kosovo security sector.
Serbia's paramilitary structures related to the state of Serbia and security structures have continued as assessed by security institutions to prepare or train in the sense of poor security threat goals in Kosovo, and as such, Kosovo institutions have the duty and obligation not to allow Banjsca's repetition.
