Actuals against two cardiologists E.H. and L.K. It was established on 31 May, while the Constitutional Court in Pristina has accepted it on 16 June.
The suspects are accused of committing criminal work “Objection of rights in labour relations”.
In the case, the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo has also reacted.
The response reportedly will address the case under legislation in effect.
Kosovo's “Clinical and University Centre (QKUK) has been reported on the initiative of criminal procedure for the director of the Cardiology Clinic and a unit chief of the same clinic. QKUK, the case will address the reform legislation in force, through the human resource sector. We assure everyone that it will be done based on legislation in force, in this case”, said in response.
Otherwise, Pristina Foundation Court spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi said the two cardiologists are charged with criminal acts “discrimination, violation of the right to exercise profession and punishment”.
