The office said that by the time Wessel was outside Kosovo, in the intelligence-compliance sector duties (ZKZ), it had assigned Mensur Kasum, reports the “Justice Voct”.
That statement, he did by answering Wessel's lawyer, Ben Emmerson.
Initially, Emmerson asked the witness whether it is true that he had been complained about the lack of an intelligence service within Kosovo at the time Wessel was outside.

The office said that Kasumi had received information only about the movement of Serbian forces.
Emmerson asked the witness if the reason for Kasumi's appointment involved the fact that the security service was unable to take care of the outside.
