Witness Bislim Office, during his testimony to Kosovo Specialised Chambers (DHSK) in The Hague, said the Kosovo Information Service (SHIK) had never been the headquarters and was never part of the KLA's General Staff.
He was also asked how Sylejman Selimi is appointed commander of the Drenica Zone, as well as the appointment of several local commanders, the Justice Vow reports.
The office said that in this regard there is no knowledge, because when he entered Kosovo, these commanders have been appointed.
