Lajcak extends his mandate, Haziri: The mission will continue, and Kosovo will be heated up, Kurti is playing its game but not Kosovo's

Special representative for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia Miroslav Lajcak will continue to exercise this post by the beginning of the coming year.

That is after the ambassadors of the European Union's member states have agreed that Lajcik will continue the mandate until the end of January 2025.

The deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lutfi Haziri, has spoken on this issue.

Haziri says Lajcak has maximumised commitments in his mandate, but has found very little opportunity and will for the normalisation process.

He adds that Serbia has conditioned relations with the EU for 35 years now, stressing that in Kosovo it faced opponents of dialogue who for the first three years conditioned this report.
