Kurti: JND independence decision not used enough to eliminate Serbia's interventions in domestic issues

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that the International Court of Justice's ruling on the legality of Kosovo's independence 14 years ago has changed the harmful course for the Albanian people. According to him, however, this JND decision has not been used enough to overturn and eliminate Serbia's strategy to intervene in [the] issues....
“The Adviser's Change of Thought was and continues to be great. It represents a constitutional, uncontained fact of the argument that the being and the continuation of the state of Kosovo has been and will be just. Eminent lawyers refer it endlessly to modern literature, while law students teach it as one of the most authoritative acts that set the basis for norms regulating the birth of the new state in a post-genocidal and contemporary post-colonial context”, Kurti wrote on Facebook.
He has added that Serbia's tendencies to downplay the weight of the GjND decision, including the failure to implement the principles of the UN Charter in its relations with Kosovo, which are an essential part of the Bazical Agreement, will remain the work of a state that tries to misrepresent its failed rehabilitation in the community of civilized nations after it exercised genocide in the territory of three states today and continues institutionally denying it.
