Krasniqi in the Hungarian Parliament: Kosovo urgently needs EU measures removed

MP Rzazarta Krasniqi has indicated that during these days she has participated in the COSAC conference, which included the parliamentary dimension of 27 EU member states, on the basis of their national parliaments, under the leadership of the Hungarian Presidency of the European Union within the second quarter of this year.

On Facebook, the one in Budapest has said that Kosovo has been subject to EU measures for nearly a year after a Serb terrorist aggression in northern Kosovo, while terrorists responsible for killing a Kosovo police remain at large in Serbia.

“Therefore, pressure must be increased on Serbia to extradite terrorists and resume dialogue with Kosovo on normalising neighbourly relations. The EU recently made a harmful decision for Kosovo and its citizens, allowing movement within the Schengen zone with documents issued by Serb parallel structures in Kosovo. This decision conflicts with the progress Kosovo has achieved over many years and affects the dissolution of Serbs in Kosovo”, Krasniqi has said.

Furthermore, it has not indicated how never before, “Kosovo urgently needs the removal of measures imposed by the European Union and the beginning of dialogue that should have mutual recognition as part of the final” agreement.
