The danger of a war by Serbia in Kosovo is being mentioned often by the heads of our state. In this way he is also causing fear to rise in the people. All of this, since the September 24th event of last year is still fresh, where a number of Serb terrorists attacked the Kosovo Police in Zvecan Banjsk, leaving the sergeant dead, now the hero Africa Bulnjak, writes Periscopi.
Shit.
Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca on 9 July, There is a danger that the Serbian state will repeat an attack of even greater magnitude if it is not punished.
He made these comments after his meeting with Swiss National Council President Eric Nusbaumer, where he added that if Serbia still continues to support Russia in the war in Ukraine.
A inevitable topic under these circumstances was security in Kosovo and the risks we are facing because of Serbia's territorial claims on Kosovo. I expressed my concerns if Serbia is left unpunished over the September 24th aggression in Banjsk, Serbia will repeat this scenario. One of the state that hasn't sanctioned Russia but continues to have co-operation with Russia”Conjufca said.
General war in the region will erupt, there is another statement coming from Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Grovalla, while conducting an interview for Croatian media Vecernji List.
This is happening because of the continued tolerance the West is making to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's policy, Grovall said.
“Vucic is the extension of Putin's (Vladimir) hand, and if the West continues to tolerate its actions, a comprehensive fight will erupt in the region”Croatian media quoted Minister Gervala as saying.
During this interview, Kosovo's top diplomat has stressed that the dialogue process is blocked by Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, who, according to her, is not interested in a sustainable solution to the problem.
The past “We had a meeting in Brussels between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and representatives of the European Union for Foreign and Security Policy. But it proved impossible for any agreement, since dialogue is blocked by Aleksandar Vucic”, added.
This is the core of the problem, because dialogue can be successful only when both sides want results. If the other side doesn't even intend to achieve results, like Alexander Vucic, then the invested time is lost”Got Gervala.
However, she pointed out that Kosovo remains fully committed to fulfilling what is agreed on in Brussels, but not unilaterally.
“When Serbia attacked Kosovo on September 24th last year, it was Russia's first serious test for the West, as it was the first military attack in a country where there were thousands of NATO soldiers”.
It wasn't just about Kosovo, which is the most pro-Western country, with more than 90 percent support for NATO and the EU in each survey. What was the reaction? NATO and the EU”, she asked.
According to her, NATO's response was immediate and clear, with a significant increase in soldiers and more intensive patrols to secure the border with Serbia, but stressed that “The European Union remains unclear in its” response.
“We hope that this changes with new strategy and new personnel in Brussels”Minister Gervala finished.
Kosovo Defence Minister Ejup Macedonci has spoken of a possible war, who has told Serbia has not stopped provocative exercises either before or after the terrorist attack on Banjska on 24 September.
Asked whether there is any possibility of an attack by Serbia, he has said that while there is the idea of a large “Serbia” in the region, this poses danger and not just for Kosovo.
But, Macedonia in an interview for the “debate site” in Tv1 has said that Kosovo is willing to face whatever threat it is not only from Serbia but from anyone who has the courage to violate the country's sovereignty.
While there continues to be, feeding and empowering the hegemonistic theory of having a big “Serbia” in the region, this is a threat not only to Kosovo but to all countries. Despite this, we are willing to face any challenge and any threat not only from Serbia, but from whoever dares to affect our country's sovereignty and territorial integrity”Macedonci said.
Terrorist attack on Banjska, all that happened on the morning of September 24th
It was Sunday. In the early hours of September 24th, about 2:43 minutes, the country was rocked by an attack by a terrorist group in the village of Banjska in Zvecan, where Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed, while police official Alban Rasiti was wounded and another injured.
By midnight, police had noted that two trucks had been placed in the village of Banjska, blocking the road, so during the intervention the criminal group had shot into the direction of the Kosovo Police, where police officer Africa Buyaku was killed.
During that day, there were constantly gunshots, where Kosovo police faced this terrorist group, which in number were over 30.
The terrorist attack in the north also reacted to the heads of state, calling it an attack on the state of Kosovo.
The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, said these attacks once again testify to the destabilising power of criminal gangs organised by Serbia.
And Prime Minister Albin Kurti said criminals executed and their officers would fail, be caught, tried and punished. As he gathered the Security Council of the Republic of Kosovo at 10:00 a.m.
During the day, Kosovo Police managed to locate the deployment of criminal gangs that had entered Kosovo with heavy weapons. Part of them were located in the monastery in Baniskska, Zvecan, and around them as they continued firing toward the police forces.
The Race-Prizren Diocese through a reaction to social networks had confirmed that masked and armed persons are inside the Banjska Monastery courtyard, while stressing that gun shots are being heard from time to time.
Prime Minister Kurti, Minister of Internal Affairs Jalal Svecla and other activists throughout the day have called for members of the terrorist group to surrender.
Later, by Kosovo Police, it was confirmed that 3 members of this criminal group were killed, one of them was injured, while later, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo announced that 6 people were sent to the detention for 48 hours.
The interior minister said in the evening that pilgrims and monasteries were also being investigated if there are undercover members of the terrorist group among them.
Apart from the Kosovo Police, ready for intervention was the Mission of NATO in Kosovo, KFOR.
Border points in Brnjak and Jarinje were closed following recent developments in the north. They stayed closed until a few days ago.
Just two days after the attack, Interior Minister Jedal Svecla has published images inside the Banjska Monastery, where Milan Radojic looks.
Interior Minister Jedal Svecla has published images of fear during the Banjsk Police Action, which he has said is seen by Milan Radojicic, deputy chairman of the Serbian List, which is also part of the Black List of the United States and the United Kingdom.
He has said Radojici is the leader of the terrorist group and the attack, where police officer Africa Bulnjak was killed.
Following the published facts, Milan Radojicic has resigned from the post of deputy head of the Serbian List, also acknowledging participation in the September 24th terrorist attack in Banjska.
His lawyer, suggesting the verdict, has also read a letter to him, where the charges previously brought by Kosovo Interior Minister Jedal Svechla are admitted.
But he adds that the reason for the return was the encouragement of Serbs, people of that area, according to him to resist the terror of Kurti regime.
He further tries to remove responsibilities for terrorist action by the Serbian state, stressing that he has financed the action on his own.
I personally made all the logistical preparations for protecting our people against the occupant. This act of mine has had no other character, no purpose and nothing to do with my former political involvement. I have not announced any of the government structures of the Republic of Serbia, nor local political structures from the north of Kosovo, nor have I received help from them, because we have already had different attitudes for the past. Kurt's methods of resistance to terror. ”
After acknowledging that he was an attendee in the terror attack, Radojic was arrested, but there was no longer the arrest.
A day after the arrest in Serbia, the leader of the terrorist group that attacked the Kosovo Police in Bay in Zvecan, Milan Radojicic, has been released from custody.
As the Belgrade Supreme Court's announcement of the preliminary procedure, “after hearing defendant Milan Radojicic hear about the reasons for the detention assignment, dismissed the High Public Prosecutor's proposal in Belgrade to appoint detention due to the risk of escape”.
“at the same time, according to indictees Radojicic, has been assigned the ban to leave the settlement, which has prevented him from leaving the territory of the Republic of Serbia without the court's approval and has been banned from going to Kosovo territory, and has been ordered that every 1st and 15th day of the month be presented to the competent police station at”, the report said.
Also, from this court have reported that terrorist Radojicic has been confiscated from the travel document -- Serbia's passport -- “and the defendant has been warned that detention can be pronounced if he violates stops and obligations”.
His release comes just a day after he was arrested by the Criminal Police Directorate in Serbia, where the detention measure for 48 hours was imposed, which was not implemented.
The arrest and release of criminal Radojicic comes a few days after he claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack on the Kosovo Police, where a police officer was killed, hero Africa Bunnjak.
Radojicic, according to Belgrade's Supreme Public Prosecutor's announcement, is charged with committing criminal acts related to “production, possession and trafficking without gun permits and explosive substances” and <x2 heavy anti-general security” punishable by 12 years of removal under Serbia's Penal Code of State.
The weapons have been delivered to the territory of the city of Belgrade most frequently in the Bubanj Potok parades and Vucin ʹ reportedly in the announcement of the High Public Prosecutor in Belgrade, while later those weapons, according to their claims, “a has transported and preserved in unassigned places on Kosovo territory, where he has hidden them in abandoned objects and forests”.
Neither are images of fears showing the terrorists who attacked the Kosovo Police in Banjska conducted exercises at military bases in Serbia are convincing the European Union to impose sanctions on this state.
The European Union is not obeying to impose sanctions on Serbia even after publishing images that testify that terrorists have been trained at Serbia's military base in Pasuljanske Livade.
That Serbia is involved in the terrorist attack in Banjska may have doubts, but at least the European Union is saying the investigation is in the hands of the Kosovo Police, who are co-operating with EULEX.
The spokesman, Peter Stano, expects full co-operation from Serbia, while in the wake of the investigation, they will decide whether to sanction the state, which stands before the terrorist attack.
We should see the full picture of investigations. We will not comment on personal positions, as the European Union will unanimously respond to the decision of all countries that make up the union. Dialogue has been there for years, and the EU's priority is to return to this process. If the normalisation of relations were not to happen, those that are”, said Peter Stano, the EU spokesman.

War statements scare investors
Continued statements by political leaders at risk of war in Kosovo are scaring foreign investors for investments in Kosovo. That's what representatives of business and economic connoisseur say about Radio Kosovo.
The recent statements of Kosovo state officials, underlining that there can be war in Kosovo, are a fear of foreign investors and all those who want to develop their businesses in Kosovo.
The last to have spoken of such a thing is Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, who told Ukrainian media “Europapean Pravda” that a similar attack could be repeated on Banjska.
Kosovo Business Alliance Chairman Agim Sahini said such statements only undermine Kosovo's economic development.
All officials almost without exceptions are using a rude speech, whether in local or international media that Kosovo is insecure. Kosovo's uncertainty comes from leaders who do not create working conditions, do not create conditions for investment, and all for potential investors are messages of uncertainty, distrust for Kosovo and its market”, Sahin said.
Even Kosovo Economic Ode Chairman Lulzim Rafuna, speaking of Radio Kosovo, says these statements do not bring investment to Kosovo.
“We need to be very careful in our statements, because statements about attacks do not bring investment to Kosovo. We must convey the message that Kosovo is a safe country, a good place to do business, a country of stability not only in the Balkans, but also in Europe”Rafuna said.
According to official statistics, many Kosovo businesses have shifted activity to neighbouring countries like Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro. /Periscope.
