FIFA President Gianni Infantino reports he has welcomed President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani at FIFA's Paris office.
In his Instagram account, he posted photographs from the meeting in question, which states that he had the honor of meeting Dr. Osman during his visit to her beautiful country in 2022, and that this was an excellent opportunity to continue those discussions.
“We talked about how football can bring people together and discussed plans to continue improving the sports infrastructure in Kosovo, which will support the country's talented young players in realising their potential”.
Kosovo's “Football Forum has made excellent use of the FIFA Forum programme, and Dr Osmani clearly understands the importance of supporting the government in the football development to offer more opportunities to our girls and boys to play our great sport”, Infantino wrote in his post.
He added that he wished our president luck and that he told her that her government and NFFK could always count on FIFA's support for football development.
