Kosovo's “Lidershipi has many clarifications to provide. This is a blow to Kosovo. Regarding this EU decision, the legitimate questions that need to be addressed are: Why didn't the EU include these citizens when it liberalised visas for Serbia in December 2009 and for Kosovo in January 2024?
“What prompted the EU to make this decision when it should be that Kosovo has the status of a potential candidate country for EU membership?”, Hoti has said.
To that decision, there were reactions from the presidency and prime minister.
