Haziri: Power warnings of Serb attacks are for domestic consumption, should not be vain

The deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lutfi Haziri, has stated that the government's warnings of serious threats from Serbia for attacks in the country's north are “only for domestic political consumption”.

Haziri stressed that, although the potential risk should be addressed with the greatest seriousness, the Vetevendosje Movement is making the issue part of daily political discussion.

According to Haziri, information that Serbia is preparing in Novi Pazar and in some other centres near Kosovo's border is more about domestic political consumption than real threats to Kosovo security.
