Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has said the Constitutional Court is obstructing government reforms and named it an opposition to Kurti Government.

After moderator Ermal Pandur set it to “Debat Plus” 10 violations of the Constitution by the Government Kurti of Minister Albulen Haxhiu, the latter launched attacks on the Constitutional Court.

In addition, Haxhiu quoted Prime Minister Albin Kurti as being known for attacks on the Constitutional constitution, who said that “off the Constitutional Court so they too can compete in the upcoming elections.

In an interview, Prime Minister Kurti said that the Constitutional Court could compete in the upcoming elections, in the fact that policies which the government is considering are reforms, they are trying to hostage”, Haxhiu has said.

Pandur has warned the Justice Minister.

Are you attacking the Constitutional Court?

“No, I'm not attacking, what attack is this”, returned it to Haxhi, who said he is right like any other citizen of the country, to comment on the Constitutional decisions.

“Do you think that me and each citizen have the right to think about constitutional decisions”, Haxhiu said.

But Pandur reminded him of one thing.

But you're Justice Minister”, Pandur told him.

Haxhiu even here issued an attack on the Constitutional Court, calling it the opposition to Kurti Government.

I am the minister, and I am unable to deal with the actions and delays of the Constitutional Court to live up to the reforms Kosovo citizens have... The constitutional court is an opposition to the government”, Haxhiu has said, among other things.
