He also said he expects the two countries to meet all obligations in the basic agreement and on the annex of the Ohrid implementation.
“I think I would say that the continued advice of the United States government on this and the previous governments of Kosovo are to engage in dialogue enabled by the EU in such a way that is constructive, active, taking this issue with a certain urgency and moving the process forward, shows the political will to contribute actively, constructively and constructively.
