Hamiti has said she is not surprised by President Vjosa Osmani's silence, adding that she has requested reexamination in the Parliament of any law that has been declared anti-covenant by the Court.

RTK's degradation, the capture of Kosovo's public broadcaster, has begun when the Assembly of Kosovo, of course with the VV Government initiative, illegally dismissed eight members of the RTK Board. It was then chosen to appoint RTK's new responsibilities, who have turned the public broadcaster into VV propaganda instruments.

President Osmani has not asked for review in the Kosovo Assembly its constitutional competence of any of the laws that were declared unconstitutional when sent by opposition parties to the Constitutional Court.
