Education Minister Arberie Nagavci said this regulation would create an efficient system for recruiting these positions.
She also added that employment with this regulation will address problems over the years, such as cheap hours and hundreds of others lost, frequent replacements.
This regulation is in the function of law enforcement for public officials. The regulation aims to create an efficient system for recruiting all higher positions and aims to improve the current recruiting system, responding to school requirements as well as real time requirements at the country. Employments in this form will address recurring problems for years, such as free hours and hundreds of lost classes, frequent replacements, the uneven teaching-reading report, etc”, Nagavci said.
