The Constitutional Court that we left behind wasted the bill on the State Bureau for Confiscating Unjustified Riches, the Law for the Independent Council for Kosovo Civil Service. While, contrary to the Constitution, the Kosovo Assembly decision on the dismissal of a member of the Procuratory Organising Board has been announced, Kimete Gashi.
MP The PDK, Hajdar Beqa, has said that as opposition only ways to protect the Constitution have to submit laws to the Constitutional Court, according to him, the government is drafting laws that are not in the function of citizens.
We have had no choice but to defend the Constitution through actions by sending laws to the Constitutional Court. We've seen that every time it was the insistence of the current government to make campaign laws and not laws that entered the function of citizens and normal ones that had to be sent to the Constitutional Court and we've seen that the Law for the Bureau, but also other preliminary laws such as the Prosecutorial Law and many other laws that have come to the Commission for Legislation. We've raised concerns before, we've told you that if we really have interest in following this law then let's go to harmonise it with the Constitution because we have an impression that you're making this law for populations or for votes, but not for getting into office, so this is seen as having no serious government with the current government as regards Bureau”, Beqa said.
MP Beqa has added that even the KPK law will be submitted to the Constitution, as according to him this law is more numberplay for electing the chief prosecutor than reforming justice.

AAK MP Time Kadrijaj has said the government is trying to make even laws that it approves to operate their policies.
She has said it has not happened in the history of political life in Kosovo that governments accuse the Constitutional Court of making decisions.

Kadrijaj has said that despite remarks being given to the EU, power is not considering them and is proceeding with laws that are unconstitutional.
