Gnjilan, arrest shooting suspect at the family party

Police units have managed to locate the scene where they met suspect B.J. (Britain year 1971, Kosovo male), who allegedly fired firearms during a family party (dama).

From the suspect in this case, a 9mm calibration ES Ecol weapon has been confiscated. Suspect has been arrested and escorted to the Gjilan Police Station, where he was interviewed in the presence of a defense attorney.

At the order of the State Attorney, the suspect has been detained in custody for 48 hours and will establish criminal charges for criminal acts, possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons and general risk prosecution.

In this case, the Gnjilan Police Regional Directorate with which we are in the season when we are united to share good time and family joys, appealed to all citizens for not using weapons during these events. In the past, there have been times when the use of weapons in such cases has resulted in tragic consequences.
