According to the announcement, the two pumps that were closed were located in Zvecan and Leposaviq. In the photos, which have been attached to the announcement issued by the Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade, the NIS company's logo is seen.
All subjects dealing with the trade of oil products and renewable fuels should be equipped with valid permission from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade to develop their activity within the territory of the Republic of Kosovo”, MINT said through a media report.
On July 16th, 2024, the Kosovo Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade in Mitrovica shut down a pump and two in Zubin Potok, having no work licenses. All closed pumps had NIS logo. Those gas pumps, mainly as the legacy of Jugopetrol, are under control of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency.
