David Philips: Only one American mediator changes the dynamics of Kosovo- Serbia

American expert David Philips in an answer to Blic newspaper says that only one American mediator changes the dynamic of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.

Philips says America needs to get more involved in dialogue in order to get through the current driver.

“An American co-chairman would change the dynamic. Let's go back to the outside structure and get more involved in the United States. This is the best way to move from a deadlock into a more dynamic mediation process”, Philips told Blic newspaper.
