Customs officers after the vehicle's ban have realised that the person in possession of the vehicle is Kosovo's resident, who has acted in opposition to the Customs Code and Actis norms that regulate the management of vehicles registered abroad.
As a result, officers seized the vehicle to launch relevant administrative procedures against the owners.
The seized vehicle is a 499 GTB Ferrari, worth an estimated 250,000 euros.

“According to legal provisions, vehicles registered abroad with regular license plates are allowed in Kosovo only if used by their rightful owners during the provisional positions. Kosovo citizens do not have the right to own or use vehicles registered abroad under these” circumstances, Kosovo Customs reports.
