The court sentences two men for a plea of 18 months in prison and 25 grand in prison and the other one year in prison of 10 grand.

Remzi Jahiri has been sentenced to 1 and a half years in prison and 25 thousand euros in fines after being convicted of impeachment, while Hilmi Dudci has been sentenced to 1 year in prison and 10 thousand euros in fine after being charged for help in carrying out the crime of impeachment.

The trial was announced Friday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina by the head of the court, Judge Susan Cerkini, with members of the judge, Valon Kurtaj and Mentor Bajraktari, reports “Justice Vowrim”.

Remzi Jahiri was convicted of criminal work “feide” in succession, meanwhile, Duddy for “helped commit the criminal offence”.

The court also confiscated items from the accused according to confirmation of those items.

Also, the court announced disgruntled sides for the right to complaint in the 30-day term after the indictment is accepted to the parties in written form.

According to the Special Prosecutor's Act, founded on April 22nd, 2022, Remzi Jahir is charged with exploiting the serious financial state of the injured Valon Malekevic, Drilon Maloku, Liridon Berisha and Valon Krasniqi, giving money with files in different sums, monthly interest, and accepting money in significantly unproportional sums.

While, for accused Hilmi Dudi, it has been said that from 2018 to October 24, 2019, at the restaurant of “Perol Company” at Fushe-Kosovo, helped indictee Jahiri deliver and take the money for high-injury, in a way that every time the injured have received the money on an indictment device, as well as have returned the money from the accused Jahar, has also been charged by Duduci.
