The Court of Appeals has rejected the three suspects' complaints of terrorist attacks in Banjska on the Constitutional Court's decision to continue detention.
On June 26th, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had made a decision, under which it approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), so that it has continued the detention measure from even two months (each separately) to three suspects Vladimir Toliq, Blagoje Spasojevic and Dusan Maksimovic, for terrorist attack on the Kosovo Police in Banjska, reports <x1Bendering for Justice<2>.
Kosovo's Appeal Court with the PN.1 ruling. S.n.137/2024, dated 04.07.2024, has dismissed the alleged V.T. defenders' complaints as groundless. Milos Delevic, B.S., av. Ljubomir Pantovic and D.M., av. Jovana Filipovic, while the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina, PPPS.N.44/2023, dated 21.06.2024, has confirmed it.
Appeal has explained the reasons why the defence complaint has been rejected and the first-degree act has been confirmed.
