The former chairman of the Appeals Court, Hasan Shala, has criticised Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiun.
Shala said Haxhiu should deal with important works that are within its competencies and not be brought back “as militant”.
“Haxhi more is claiming as VV militant to how the justice minister, but he wants to complete his term but he wants to understand that he is the non-mitant minister. It is far better to deal with three positions, prisons or the USKK to deal with these problems, which two or three times burned. IML, and for the law to pass on quality, they're returning to the Constitution. Better deal with its competencies than with political statements”, he said.
According to Shala, Haxhiu is not properly performing his duties. He cited the recent escapes from Kosovo prisons, which according to him are the responsibility of the ministry that Haxhi is running.
“Albulena has not carried out the post of minister, we have scandals in Kosovo prisons. If people go to jails and go out saying we've been tortured, if drugs enter the prisons, if there's torture between prisoners and guards don't react to”, RTV Dukajini said.
