In an interview, Haxhiu has said the justice minister should resign immediately because, according to him, has failed in her work in drafting the laws that have ended in the Constitutional Court and have been dropped by this court.
Not only would I have to resign, but I don't think it should be even appointed as justice minister, given that since the beginning of its mandate they had the morning at court hearings for the acts that were accused, and afternoon in the Ministry of Justice, it's failed minister in terms of her work in drafting laws that have ended in the Constitutional Court and were brought down by this court<1>, Haxhiu said.
According to Haxhiu, the minister's resignation is not enough, but I must give responsibility for her “statements without the maturities that have caused chaos in public opinion”.
