American President Joe Biden, on Wednesday will be addressed to the American people, for the first time since he withdrew from the re-election race on July 21st.
After withdrawing from the race for the November presidential election, Beden offered support for his deputy, Kamala Harris, to ensure the Democratic Party's nomination for presidential elections.
Biden wrote on X é earlier known as Twitter that during his speech from the Oval Office, he will say that “what awaits us and how I will do the work for the American people”.
His speech is scheduled for Wednesday at 8:00 local time.
Beden has been away from the public eye for a few days, since he's recovering from coronary infection at his home in Dellauer.
He has not spoken to the media since his decision Sunday, when he withdrew from the presidential race, as in weeks he faced calls from top figures of his party and donors to withdraw.
After Beden's decision, the Democrats have offered their support to Harris.
The Democratic Party and retain the National Assembly from 19 August to 22 August, when the party's candidate for the White House race will also be nominated.
