PDK Headship member Arben Mustafa has contributed to the VV deputy, Armend Muja, who has said the average salary in Kosovo is 780 euros.
Mustafa through a Facebook post said that even if there is a small increase, it does not compensate for price hikes, while he has asked the VV deputy to talk about wages in the private sector as well.
His full post:
Commission Chairman Armend Muja spoke of rising wages that were supposed to occur during this government.
What MP Muja is calling salary increases in the public sector has failed to compensate for the price hikes and not talk about improving the public servant's financial position. Ironically, for some categories wages were even reduced at the time of price hikes.
On the other hand, the MP would do well to tell us something about salaries in the private sector, which have stagnated as a result of the blockade this sector has suffered during this government.
Otherwise, the latest data available ranks Kosovo at the lowest average salary rate in the region.
