Individual and inefficient are considering connoisseurs of political circumstances the current process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, mediated by the European Union. According to their opinions, the European Union must change the way of dialogue, until they stress that the epilogue of this marathon process of dialogue should be mutual recognition.

Launched in 2011, the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, also mediated by the European Union, is being assessed failed by connoisseurs of political circumstances. Seeing the failures in achieving and implementing eventual agreements reached so far, connoisseurs of political circumstances stress that the European Union must also find other ways to reach a faster epilogue. Analyst Agim Nesho considers the dialogue so far has developed in the non-equal spirit of the parties. He claims that the European Union, in many cases, has made concessions in favour of Serbia.

“is not an efficient dialogue nor realistic dialogue. In all views this is a unilateral dialogue between the European Union -- that is, its main forces, such as Germany and France, in relation to Serbia -- to make it possible to offer Serbia with the European Union”, Nesho has declared.

For fellow analyst Fidan Ukaj, the epilogue of dialogue should be mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia, though stressing that Serbia is the one who is not implementing the agreements reached so far in dialogue.

“Normation of reports, recognition of bilateral documents, then recognition of the citizens' personal documents implies recognition of a new reality, and that the new reality for Serbia is Kosovo. Whether they wanted to go to a moment or not, after the end of this dialogue, inevitable that even mutual recognition would come”, Ukaj stressed about rtk.

Meanwhile, at the latest summit, Prime Minister Albin Kurti refused to meet with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, without the handover of criminal Milan Radojevic to Kosovo's justice institutions, as well as two other conditions. On the other hand, international officials have stepped up pressure to reach the final agreement quickly.
