He has spoken of the Association of Serb-run municipalities, whose draft recommended the government to take him to the Constitutional Court.
“Draft of Association sent to Constitution, not to Venice Commission” Ambassador Havenier said in an interview in Klan.
Hovenier had declared even a few months earlier that his state believes that it is urgent for Kosovo to move forward with sending a draft Serb majority municipalities' draft status to the Constitutional Court.
He had said Kosovo has many friends who want to see the state part of the Council of Europe organisation and demonstrate commitment to minority rights and human rights.
