Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic has declared that the suspect in the murder of Serbian police and his colleague, Faton Hajrizi, has been killed by Serbian police.

According to Serbian media reports, Hajrizi was located after a local reported seeing a person with the description that police had made for him near a pump of fuel.

He indicated that his brother, Faton, was two days before the case in Germany, where he said he received his documents.

Three arrested over case

As suspects of involvement in the case, so far three people have been arrested. The first person arrested is Mithan Hadzic, from Tutini to southwest Serbia, who allegedly drove the suspect from Presevo in the direction of Loznica with Tutin license plates.

Another person has been arrested in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who allegedly organised transportation to Hajriz.

What happened?
