The 214st Government Meeting, these are 22 decisions that were made

The Kosovo government today has held a regular meeting, where it has made 22 decisions.

Among these decisions has also been the adoption of the Bill on Confrontable Social Residence, as well as the change of Administrative Guide, which enables that chief terrorist Milan Radojicic's sequential properties are provided in the exploitation and management of the Kosovo Police.

All decisions made today:

1. Adopted the Bill on Facing Social Residence. The implementation of this law includes the programme for social residence, affordable residence for young couples, reconstruction and renovation of homes for families in need, as well as improved neighborhood conditions. Groups that will benefit include families with a difficult economic situation, unemployed, homeless, victims of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, youth, non-combat communities and other groups defined in the bill.

3. Approved Administrative Guide “Education for Child Protection, which connects with the first pillar in the 2022-2026 Education Strategy for Early Education.

4. Named the Board of Directors of Central Public Company “Kosovo Telekom” Sh. A., with this composition:

Mrs. Symie Thaci, member;

Mrs. Lindita Tochi, member;

5. Named the Board of Directors of Central Public Company “The Deposit Management Company” Sh. "Absolutely?"

Mrs. Valbona Shala Thaci, member;

Mr. Petit Pantina, member;

6. Adopted the final decision on expropriation for public interest in the needs of the Central Barnas Depos and the Akomation of the Health Ministry administration.

7. Adopted the final decision on expropriation for public interest in the needs of the Kosovo Correcting Service.

8. Adopted the preliminary decision on expropriation and establishing the right to the service for public interest in Malisheva City.

9. Adopted the decision to consider further the demand for public interest in real estate for the need of Customs Terminals: Hani of Elez, Brother Khan of Elez, Merdare, Podujevo municipality, and Elu White, ZK Domoroc, Komuna Ranillug.

11. Founded the Accession Commission for the position of High Steering Kategoria: Executive director at the Kosovo Forest Agency, within the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.

Twelve. The change and completion of the Government's decision No.06/ 143 on April 28th 2017 for the establishment of the Government Commission for Recognition and Verification of the Status of Rapited Persons During the Changed Kosovo Liberation War and Completed with the No decision. 16/48 of December 7th 2020 and Decision No. 02/54 of January 12, 2022. According to this completion, paragraph 9 of point 1 is reformed as follows: Mr. Kreshnik Opocus, MPPT member.

14. Adopted the initiative for linking the Grant Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Swiss Finance, Labour and Transfers Ministry and the Swiss Government, represented by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs through the Swiss Development Agency and Co-operation for Programme “Integrated Water Resources Management in Kosovo, St. 2”. The goal of this programme is to support Kosovo establishing an integrated functional framework for defence, quality and sustainable use and equal sharing of water resources in Kosovo.

15. The document for Research, Scientific and Innovation was adopted. The document stems from the 2023-2028 National Science Programme, adopted last year. One of the main objectives of the Programme is to develop an effective scientific research and innovation system through consolidation of the legal framework.

17. He approved the six - month financial report for 2024.

18. Founded the scientific advisory board in terms of climate change.

Nineteen. Repacked 3m euros for 55 capital projects in municipalities.

20. Completed and Changed Government No. 02/58 i dt. February 2, 2022 changed and fulfilled with decision No. All right. October 15th, 2023, in order to harmonise the composition of the board with legislation in force for gender equality, and enable the full exercise of KEK competencies.

21. Completed and changed Administrative Guide for Meeting and Changing Administrative Guide (QRK) No.13/2022 for the way and process of selling and making Qira of Playable and Versatile Property and Confiscated. It regulates the right of the Agency for the Property Management and Confiscated to rent in the sequential phase real estate without a public auction, if real estate requires a public institution or state organ.

Cutting down real estate rental procedures without public auction in the sequencing phase has been made in order to speed up real estate transfer from the Agency to exploit the public institution that requires it. This, because some assets that have already been seized are found at some strategic points in our territory, specifically north of the country. Their use and management by security institutions is of national importance and contributes to increased territorial security in general.

22. Named the ad-hoc Accession Commission for High Steering Category: Director-General of the Agency for the Management of Secuested and Confiscated Property.
