FOL Movement researcher Albana Hasani has said the report is based on prosecutorial data.
According to her, the delivery of subjects continues to remain challenging to the organs of the justice system. In the basic courts of the Republic of Kosovo in 2023, 1,887 family violence classes from the early years were carried, respectively, 70 percent of their work classes in 2023.
In the year 2023, a total of 1,381 family violence classes from the early years or 32 percent of all subjects on the job had been carried into seven basic prosecutors. The average rate of family violence resolution in all basic courts during 1923 was 175 percent, meaning that the number of materials resolved during this period was significantly higher than the number of new substances created”, Hasani said.
