He added that he has returned three times to the meeting with EU diplomatic chief Josep Borrell, and the bloc's envoy for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, who has conveyed the messages to Kurti, to whom he has responded.
“He did not want to meet me”, Vuciq said when asked by reporters why he did not have a joint meeting, adding that Kurti has said that “is not ready for a meeting with Vucicin”, the REL reports.

According to the Serbian president, Kurti wants Serbia to recognise Kosovo and “have come up with several other demands, but is essentially a de jure recognition”.
Vuciq said that during bilateral meetings, everything has to do with Kosovo and implementation of agreements has been discussed as successful “meetings in Brussels”.
He added that the chief negotiators of Kosovo and Serbia will continue talks next week, “on Tuesday or Wednesday”.
Despite the EU's warning that a trilateral meeting would be held after bilateral meetings, it did not happen.
