Serbia's president, Allexander Vuciq, has held a telephone conversation with his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron.
In announcing that the first Serbian state did so in the Institute, he has said Makroni has asked that resolving the Kosovo issue “remains high in the European Union agenda”.
“While Europe is going through a period of transition and uncertainty, I stressed the importance of continuing to resolve issues of importance for Serbia, especially with regard to Kosovo and the conditions in which the Serb community lives deprived of the right”.
The “I reiterated that this issue must continue to occupy a high position in the EU agenda, with strong diplomatic commitment aimed at eventual realisation of the Brussels Agreement and forming the Serbian Communist Association, as the basis for building lasting peace and ensuring security. For the Serbian people”, Vuciqi wrote in Instagram, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.
He said he asked Macron to stand next to Serbia on its difficult road to maintaining peace and stability, despite all the difficulties he faces on that road”.
“I stressed that the vote for dialogue remains the foundation of Serbia's policy in regional relations and the most important factor in resolving the difficult issues that are ahead of everyone in”, he added.
“We also discussed the need for strategic co-operation in shaping the future trajectory of our continent and the world as a whole, as well as in resolving urgent issues related to regional security and economic stability”, Vuciqi said.
