Blair, who played a leading role during NATO's 1999 bombing campaign that halted the advances of Serbian occupational forces and helped Kosovo gain independence, said he never regrets the decision they made 25 years ago.
The one outside the Parliament court was welcomed by several Pristina school students who welcomed them.
Among the students was the son of hero Africa Bulnjak.
The images that circulated on the network see a moment when President Osman announced Blair to the hero's son.
