The chief executive of the public company, Burbuke Hannah, seems not afraid of one-source contracts that led to KEK's Nagip Krasniqi prison. One of these Telekom has reached the company IntegreTouchʹ on June 7 of this year, writes Insander newspaper.
Based on the contract's announcement, the short description of the subject is said to make “Fulfilling the Symphony platform with functional specifications for the integration of NE-Ericsson“.
The value of this contract is 180 thousand euros.
The winning company, based on official data, is based in New York, U.S.A.
In July of last year, Telekom rewarded the same American company with public tender-free negotiations to conduct remote work for the “project.Billing POSTPAID-SYMPHONY platform maintenance“. The contract was worth 100,000 euros without VAT.
The company in question has no office or representation in Kosovo. The Trade Society Law envisions that every company, regardless of capital, must first register in Kosovo before submitting to tender procedures.
The American company received negotiated tender with Kosovo Telecom worth 160 thousand euros for the same service in 2021
The Kosovo Telecom was also operating in 2022, selecting it back into negotiated form. IntegreTouchʹ in a contract worth 100 thousand euros.
