Subvention of textbooks, investigative Commission Makes a Decision

In the next meeting, the Parliamentary Investigative Commission for the Subvention process of acquiring textbooks and textbooks for primary education and lower education students for the 2023/24 school year has selected three experts from various fields.

Nine-man “, the commission with the signing, has selected three in different fields -- Fikret Ibrahimi, Bashkim Mustafa -- and Ilmi Jashari” -- announced the chairman of this commission, Shemsedin Dresaj.

As regards the further process, members of this commission said more proposals must be continued.

Bekim Haxhiu said that today they should make proposals and that the next meeting will be approved.

Meanwhile, in terms of communication by municipal education directors, Istog, Mitrovica, Gjakova, Prizren were among the most co-operative municipalities.

The MP, Majlinda Tishukaj, stressed that the following days if there are proposals, seeking agreement between the group.

“So far has been answered by Mitrovica, Prizren, Gjakova, Istog, responses given to Ferizaj, Prizren, have completely missed because 2024/25 is not an investigative part, and if we have basic materials from municipalities then we will have problems, flawed information”, Tishukaj said.

Meanwhile, MP Bekim Haxhiu has asked to know if he has a list of beneficiaries.

“A received it before September 1st, we need a list of beneficiaries, you need to know exactly when and how many tools have been spent, because there are families that have three students and that are supplied only one”, he stressed.

While the chairman of this commission, Shemsedin Dresaj said there will be additional terms of five days and it will be required for those who have not sent the information, to the criminal way, for those who do not respond to the request of communication for each document separately. /eo
