Serbia orders “to shut down “festival “Good afternoon, Dobar dan”

Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Ivica Daciq announced that the Interior Ministry has issued an order to prevent the gathering at the “good afternoon festival, Dobar Dan”.
The Ministry of Interior issued a warrant to cut off the public rally, "Good afternoon, dobar danú, because it can jeopardise people's security and property, but also jeopardises public order and wide-scale peace”, Daciq said, but also the Interior Ministry.
Dacic said no gatherings will be allowed in this area.
“Organisers have been informed of this order”, Daciq said.
The opening of the festival was set to take place at 18:30 on June 27th in Dorqol Square and hours before the opening, a large group of rightists gathered at the entrance of the area, waving Serbian flags.
According to Radio Free Europe journalists, this group of protesters has been heard cheering “Kosovo is the heart of Serbia”, singing nationalistic songs and insulting Kosovo citizens.

In the Dorqol Square, where the festival is held and which is closed to traffic, a small number of police officers have been seen.
Radio newspaper Free Europe has not been allowed to enter the space where the festival is expected to begin tonight by protesters standing in the entrance of the area.
Meanwhile, representatives of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights, which are the festival's organisers, are expected to come up with an announcement very soon. /Radio Free Europe
