Albania's naval police unit has blocked nine vessels -- in Durres, Vlora -- and Velipoj.
Out of Ksamil in Velipoj there are 78 floating vehicles, mainly Jet Ski, boat and gomone, State Police said.
“As a result of the checks, there are blocked for lack of documentation, in Vlora and Durres, 5 floating vehicles, as well as punished their owners, with an administrative measure of 10,000 new leks (about 100 euros) each”, wrote in the statement.
“Meanwhile, under the monitoring of the security perimeter, in Velipoj, Vlora and Durres, 4 have been blocked. Jet Ski, as well as being punished with 20,000 dollar administrative measures (about 200 euros) each, owners of these floating tools for disrespecting the security perimeter”, it is said.
