After meeting with Kurti, Borrell will also hold a meeting with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
After two separate meetings, there will also be a three-way meeting around 6:00.
Before the meetings begin, Borrell said in a media statement he expects at today's meeting of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to be discussed for achievements in dialogue, but also for launching implementation of the Agreement on the road to normalisation of reports.
“Unfortunately, implementation of the agreement [for normalisation of reports] has not yet begun. And hopefully today we will definitely talk about how to make sure that we finally move forward with this deal. In this regard, we will discuss the next steps and it is clear that what the parties have agreed on must be implemented. Agreements are the basis of actions, but actions must come after agreements. Implementation is the key word”, he said.
