Medium Der Spiegel reported days ago that the suspect has long been targeted by German authorities because of posts containing Islamist and antisemitic content. He had also called for war in Israel.
In the town of Mannheim, Germany, a person named Suleman A., 25-year-old, had stabbed organisers of the manifestation of the anti-Islamic movement, Pac Europe, wounding several people, including the renowned critic Michael Stirzenberger.
He's been shot to death by a police official. The attack ended after another policeman shot the attacker.
