Plenkov: Croatia backs Kosovo on Euro-Atlantic road

Plenkovic, through a post on the “X” platform, has said that during meeting with Minister Macedonia, excellent relations between the two countries have confirmed.

I met Kosovo Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia. We confirmed excellent bilateral relations and continued support for Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic path. We also discussed opportunities for further co-operation in the area of defence between Croatia and Kosovo”, the Croatian prime minister has written.

Otherwise, Minister Macedonia is staying in Croatia at the invitation of Croatia's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Ivan Anuspi.

During today's meeting with Croatian Minister Macedonia has said that partnership and in particular co-operation in the field of defence and security between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Croatia is at the highest level.

“With Minister Anusic considered the possibilities of deepening co-operation in the field of defence, we discussed the security situation in the region, as well as at the global level”, Macedonia said in a Facebook post, adding that the Croatian minister has thanked him for continuing and multidimensional support from Croatia for Kosovo.
