Today has been the last day where the Ministry of Management of Local Power would have to respond to the legality of the Regulatory Plan that differentred over 15 hectares of municipal property on land for construction in Pristina.
Since we have yet to accept official answers, as a group of Kosovo Democratic Party as a group of assistants in Pristina, we sent questions to the ministry to tell us about the legitimacy of the Communist Assembly decision. We hope to receive the quick response from the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure for review of legitimacy, as the Law defines it.
We will seek accounts from all institutions to the end for the decision that differentated municipal property at the bus station, where 15 hectares of land from the area for public service returned them for high construction for private construction. /Periscopi
