Rutte should apologise for “The insulting” he made for Hungary, Orban said of the Hungarian government-funded portal, Mandiner.
He also must agree that “Hungary should not participate in any NATO military mission directed against Russia in Ukraine”. Hungary has been a member of NATO since 1999.

Romania has its candidate for NATO top post, President Klaus Iohannis.
